A treatment schedule typically involves weekly or fortnightly 50-minute appointments.

The goals of the consultations are arrived at by mutual collaboration between the psychologist and the individual.

For children, the collaboration includes working together with the parents. Our psychologist educates her clients about topics in a creative and age-appropriate way and she collaborates with the young person to identify strategies and tools that they can implement to assist them to manage their particular struggles or difficulties.
