Held every Saturday parkrun is free and its a whole heap of fun but please register before your first run!
Only ever register with parkrun once. Don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you won’t get a time.
You can run, jog, shuffle or walk our event, and you definitely don’t need to be fast. It suits all ages from newborns in prams to teens and to seniors. Dogs are also welcome but must be on short leads.
