Motherhood is a marathon that is filled with love, stress and more than a few dirty nappies! Let us help make it easier on you.
We want Mindfulness 4 Mothers to be more than a place where you can receive sound, research-based mindfulness support – it’s also somewhere to find other “mindful-mums-in-progress”. Our community includes a Facebook Group where you can connect with other mothers just like you.
We’re passionate about giving you the insights and support you need to live a happier, healthier, and more connected day-to-day life. And because we can show you how to do it right from the comfort of your own home, you don’t even need to find a baby sitter! A practical and profoundly supportive program that allows you to work at your own pace while learning how to slow down and use the professionally-guided practices to soothe your mind and body and restore your overall health and well-being – and connect more fully with your child.
