1. This Facebook Competition (“Competition”) is being conducted by Local Kids Network.
2. The Competition commences at 5pm on Wednesday, December 4 2013 and closes at 7pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
3. The following classes are ineligible under this Competition:
a) Employees and independent contractors to Local Kids Network; and
b) Immediate families of Local Kids Network employees and independent contractors.
4. All eligible respondents who like the Casey Cardinia Kids Facebook page and Mornington Peninsula Kids Facebook page and comment Karingal or Mornington prior to 7pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 and enter the competition will be eligible to win a voucher as described above.
5. Entrants get five extra entries for subscribing to the Mornington Peninsula Kids e-newsletter. This is not compulsory to participate in giveaway.
6. After the competition has concluded, the Rafflecopter application will draw a winner at random.
7. The draw will take place by 10pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
8. The Prize winner will be notified by emailed immediately after the draw. The winner will be announced on the Mornington Peninsula Kids website.
9. The voucher is valid while photo sessions run at each Shopping Centre for 2013.
10. Winners of Karingal vouchers will only be able to redeem at Karingal Hub; winners of Mornington vouchers will only be able to redeem at Mornington Central.
11. The Prize is not redeemable for cash.
12. In the event that any winner is not contactable (after Local Kids network uses its best endeavours to contact the winner using the contact details provided by the winner), a second chance or unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12noon on Saturday, December 13, 2013. The second chance or unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email immediately.
13. Any information collected or used by Local Kids Network for this competition will be used in compliance with the Mornington Peninsula Kids privacy policy and in any event in compliance with Australian Privacy and Confidentiality legislation including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
