Beautiful Minds is bringing Instant Thunder™ by Beautiful Minds, our annual Victorian Dad & Son experience, back to the Mornington Peninsula this October.
For one weekend, the technology goes away. The everyday distractions disappear. And dads and sons get the rare opportunity to focus completely on each other.
Expect high ropes, adventure challenges, bushwalking, campfires, mateship, laughter, powerful conversations and dedicated Dad & Son time.
Alongside the adventure are dedicated Dad & Son connection sessions, morning rituals and breathwork, and a Dad-specific session — all designed to create the space for fathers and sons to step outside their comfort zones and reconnect.

Beautiful Minds has spent more than two decades helping children and families develop practical tools to support their wellbeing.
The weekend features tools and strategies from The Huberman Lab, developed by Dr Andrew Huberman — Stanford neuroscientist and host of the world’s most listened-to health podcast.
Through fun, actionable experiences, dads and sons explore practical tools to help manage stress, anger, anxiety and fear, while building greater confidence, communication and connection.

Dan served with the 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR) and is your team leader for the weekend, creating a safe, down-to-earth space where dads can connect, boys feel supported, and fathers and sons can step outside their comfort zones together.
