First Nations knowledge and crafting with plants
Craft your own necklace using gumnuts and water reeds and learn about First Nations culture with Aunty Sammy Trist, a proud Taungwurrung Women of the Kulin Nation.

Creative Sea
Design and craft your own unique marine creature or coastal seascape using natural materials, beach-found plastics, and everyday household items with local environmental artist Liz Walker.
Wednesday 14 January
Resonant Stick-ology listening to Country
Explore sound, storytelling and connection to Country with exhibiting artist Dominic White, a Palawa, Trawoolway man and a descendant of the Tyereelore through his birth mother’s family.
Free drop-in activity, Tues-Sun, until 15 February
Contribute to a collaborative artwork designed by Sammy Trist. Cover an MPRG wall with dragonflies, native bees, butterflies and moths.
Young at Art, Thursdays
With the guidance of an artist educator, under 5-year-olds respond to works in the current exhibition with a different hands-on creative activity every week.
